Get back into shape with our 'Mum Fit' classes, suitable for all abilities, designed specifically for busy parents. On the day we provide in-house childcare during your workout so you can focus on getting fit while your little ones are taken care of! Sessions include a full body workout using weights and cardio training. Say goodbye to excuses and hello to a healthier you with 'Mum Fit'.

Please note that we only allow cancellations up to 24 hours before the start time of the session. If you cancel within 24 hours of the start time you will not be refunded.
